The Circle Ends is a Dutch/Swiss Christian Metal band who recently toured Slovakia in order to market their new EP, and to share their story in schools, bars and churches. They were well received throughout their tour, and in this interview they share what they would like to do in future endeavours.

Suite101: Where do you see yourself as a band in five years time?

Steff: That’s a very scary question…

TimQ: It is…

(long, thoughtful pause)

(laughs)

TimQ: I remember when we moved from metal music to acoustic, I thought, okay, this could be the future. We’re going to be an acoustic band forever. Then, the metal sound came up again, so I’m not always sure… it is this, and then it’s always changing. So, two years ago, we were only playing in the Netherlands, then we went to Slovakia, then it’s recording in the United States… then we went to Austria, Switzerland, Slovakia again for tours so… I think, yeah, I don’t know. More touring. It’s hard to say.
